All services start with a 30-minute planning call to assess your organization’s needs. During the call, Bailey will ask about your desired scope of work, deliverables and objectives, and budget considerations.

For those just starting DEI work in their offices, consider booking Bailey to deliver a standalone talk or training to your entire organization or a smaller group of employees, volunteers, or executives. Bailey currently offers 1-hour and 2-hour talks and training on allyship, race, anti-racism, diversity, and equity and is always happy to work with organizations to combine topics or add in additional topics to ensure the training is best suited for your needs.

Bailey also works with individuals and non-work groups (such as Garden Clubs, Book Clubs, and Social Clubs) on DEI initiatives.

Featured Work

In summer 2020, Bailey partnered with OLA Colorado for a guided dialogue on allyship. The live event was recorded and is available to view on the OLA Colorado website, along with notes from the dialogue’s content and reviews on the event and Bailey’s performance.

While Bailey enjoys smaller talks and training, her specialty is long-term strategic planning. Bailey offers two versions of strategic planning: one for employee-led initiatives and one for executive-led initiatives. For these services, planning calls will be 1-hour.
